Hughes improved performance RET cables, designed especially for harsh environments, incorporate a remarkable slimline moulded strain relief over connection points to allow turning through 180 degrees in just ½ inch without stressing the cable/connector relationship and providing optimal signal performance even in the harshest environments.
The fabrication method also provides an exceptional IP68* rear ingress rating and operates in up to 100% humidity.
Hughes unique RET cables are Antennae Interface Standards Group (AISG) EIA-485 Layer 1 systems and FS1 Din style compliant, they are especially designed to facilitate rapid installation and are especially optimised for the adjustment of Remote Electrical Tilt (RET) component systems on tower mount amplifiers with AISG interface.
