Hughes Telco connectors are intermateable and interchangeable with existing connectors of a similar design with a standard RJ21 interface.The Gold plated Phosphor Bronze Insulation Displacement Connections (IDC) provide a gas tight fit for cables with 24?26 AWG conductor size and can be terminated with a simple hand tool or AMP style fly press.
Telco Hoods/Covers
Hughes Telco hoods are available as straight (180 degrees) and right angle (90 degrees). 180 degree hoods are easy assembly 2 part 'snap together' style. 90 degree hoods are monocoque with an equally simple 'slide on' assembly style. Matching accessories include Snap?On and Slide?On Strain Relief Covers.

Telco Assemblies
Hughes Standard Telco leads are made with right angled or Straight Telco connectors on LSF CW1308 cable. However, any variation of hood orientation or cable upgrade to CAT5 is possible. All cables are made to order and are tested for continuity and performance.
